Self Examination

Have you ever felt like maybe you don't love the way you should? Or maybe you hear from others that you aren't exactly "loving" all of the time?

Today I challenge you to read this verse aloud.
Instead of saying love, say your own name.

_______ is patient & kind. ______ is not jealous or boastful. _____ is not proud or rude.

_____ does not demands its own way. _____is not irritable. _____ keeps no record of being wronged.

_____ does not rejoice about injustice. _____ rejoices whenever the truth wins out.

_____ never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, & endures through every circumstance.

1 Corinthians 13:4-8

Three things will last forever—faith, hope, and love—and the greatest of these is love.

1 Corinthians 13:13

Are the things you just said about yourself true?

I want to say I'm hopeful and endure through every circumstance. Thanks for the encouragement!

This is my favorite post I've read today.
So simple but such a heavy impact.

I needed to do this today!
Thanks, girl :)

I am constantly praying for my marriage to live up to these verses. God gives us the tools to live it out, we just have to commit!

I so want this to be true in my life, but sadly I often fall short. I'm glad that Jesus' love for me/us is unfailing!
